Additionally, your AFLE membership may be tax-deductible. According to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), you can claim up to $42 per income year for membership in a trade, business, or professional association, even if it doesn’t directly relate to earning your employment income. That means your annual AFLE membership is only $7 per year and all events for members are FREE! What a bargain! We encourage members to check their individual tax eligibility with their accountant or tax advisor.
